We work on a Fixed-Price basis for defined builds (MVP/Pilots) and Retainer models for long-term Staff Augmentation or Strategic Transformation. We do not do "hourly billing" for consulting; we price on value and outcomes.

We work with "Scale-ups" and Enterprises. If you are a pre-revenue startup, we are a fit only if you are funded and ready to build scalable, sovereign infrastructure from Day 1.

For Staff Augmentation, we typically deploy vetted talent within 7-14 days. For Project Engineering, our Discovery-to-Kickoff cycle is typically 2 weeks.
